Legal issues at PURA revolve around three main areas namely:

• General Legal Matters (including internal legal advice to PURA)
• Licensing Matters in relation to service providers
• Enforcement and Compliance Matters

Also, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms are used to enable settlement of disputes should they arise.The ADR Secretariat is therefore a key stakeholder in ensuring that PURA discharges its mandate under the PURA Act 2001
